The largest of the 99 islands in the Langkawi archipelago, tropical Palau Langkawi welcomes guests with forested hills, charming white sand beaches, and pristine waterways. It floats calmly alongside Malaysia in the turquoise Andaman Sea, and is enigmaticly known as "Legendary Island" due to mythology surrounding its ancient geological structures. Take a guided look at life beneath the sea by diving into an underwater marine park, hiking to breathtaking waterfalls, or sampling local cuisine at the night markets.
